1977 Congress - Economic and Industry Policy - Manufacturing Industry

Congress rejects as inadequate the Government White Paper on Manufacturing Industry and requests the incoming Executive to call a meeting of manufacturing unions for the purpose of initiating a comprehensive manufacturing industry policy in line with the above guidelines.
