Submission to the Post Implementation Review of the Fair Work Act 17 February, 2012 | Submission We welcome the opportunity to make a submission to the Panel’s post-implementation review of the Fair Work Act. Within the limited parameters of this review, we welcome the opportunity to hold employer claims about the Act to objective scrutiny. Our submission analyses the operation of the Act against the policy aims expressed in the objects, and provides suggestions for reform. The submissions of our affiliated unions will provide detailed case studies to illustrate the issues that we raise.
