Call Centre Organising

This course is designed for staff who work in a union call centre, or work with call centre staff as an organiser or officer. Participants will practice the skills involved in assessing and developing organising opportunities and in shifting the servicing load. Participants will also learn about the organising frameworks and how they might be useful in a call centre environment.
