Who is it for?
This course is for experienced Organisers.
Aims
To ensure that Organisers are able to work with workplace delegates one on one and in groups, to develop leadership at a workplace level.
Learning outcomes
The first two days of this course ensures that Organisers have a practical understanding of adult learning principles and their application when working one-on-one with delegates. It encourages a planned approach to working with delegates; to build their confidence, skills and knowledge.
The second two days builds on the skills and knowledge of the first and develops Organisers' capacity to work with groups of delegates, to manage group dynamics, and create effective learning exercises.
Entry requirements/Pre-requisites
Completion of Organising Foundations, and 12 months work experience following completion of Organising Foundations.
