Who is it for?
This is a course for Organisers who do not have a working knowledge of the Fair Work Act.
Aims
To introduce Organisers to the Fair Work Bill and specifically those changes that directly impact on their jobs. To understand and determine strategies concerning the implications, opportunities and potential problems resulting from those changes.
Learning outcomes
On completion of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify key features of the new Act
- Apply those changes to the way they perform their job
- Recognise the opportunities and problems created by the changes
- Determine strategies incorporating the changes
Entry requirements/Pre-requisites
Participants are required to currently have organising responsibilities as part of their duties.
