Who is it for?
This course is designed for people who are leaders of organising. It is aimed at people who lead a team of organisers at a local or national level, and who are responsible for developing and implementing organising plans. The Lead Organisers Development Program is a very popular and successful course. Past participants valued the practical ideas and focus on skills development. We deliver this course as a residential to enable greater interaction and more opportunities for informal peer to peer learning.
