This one-day seminar is an opportunity for union activists and officials to hear from expert speakers about the latest developments in the global economic crisis and its impacts on the Australian economy, on superannuation funds, and on government policy, and discuss the implications of these impacts for Australian workers and Unions.
This seminar will enable unions to consider their industrial and organising strategies and priorities in light of the current global financial crisis; it will build confidence in handling employer’s arguments and responding to members queries. It will also address the impact of the crisis on superannuation and again provide insight into strategies in relation to superannuation and in dealing with members questions and concerns.
