Courses for Union Educators

TO ENROL

In 2009 the ACTU Organising Centre is piloting two (2) non-accredited courses for union educators. These will consist of an entry level course, Train the Trainer for Union Educators, and an Advanced Train the Trainer course. The Centre will also be delivering the nationally accredited TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA40104)
Using a blend of face-to-face and distance learning participants can increase their knowledge and skills in training and assessment with other union educators. Participants attend face-to-face training and undertake a series of learning and assessment activities in their own time, supported by qualified and professional staff to help coach them through the program. This national qualification is often a prerequisite for obtaining employment as a union educator who is able to deliver accredited courses. Click here to find out more.
