Event registration fees must be paid in full at time of registration to create a valid registration.

Credit card payments will appear in cardholder’s statement as ACTU

All transactions will be processed in $AUD

 

Refunds Policy

To receive a fee refund, the participant or the organisation concerned must notify the ACTU by email at least fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the event.

Fees cannot be refunded if notification is received after this date.

A 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refund in all cases.
