Full Time Industrial Organiser

The WA Branch of the Australian Services Union is seeking a highly motivated person to work as an Industrial Organiser, encouraging people to join our union, establishing and supporting union networks, and running campaigns in the workplace.

Working within an industrial team, our Organisers work to develop workplace Delegates and grow membership to achieve good results in the industries we represent.

To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate a commitment to the principles of trade unionism and/or community activism, have excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of written and verbal communication skills.

Experience as an active workplace Delegate would be highly regarded.

In return the successful applicant will receive an excellent remuneration package:
• 13% superannuation
• Monthly RDOs
• 15 days personal leave plus additional days at Easter and Christmas
• Company vehicle available for private use
• Starting salary between L1 $78,397 and L3 $87,397
