Position Title: Field Organisers
Position Location: Perth, WA
Employment Status: Ongoing (subject to probation) / Full Time. Part time applicants will be considered
Classification and Salary range: Organiser Level 1 – 2, $88,988.38 – $114,936.38 per annum (includes Organiser Expense Allowance paid as salary) + 15.4% superannuation
Position reports to: Lead Organiser and Team Leader. (Noting there are also supervisory responsibilities to the WA Regional Secretary)
Positions reporting to this position: Nil.

The primary function of this role is to develop and implement effective campaigns and strategies to assist members to bring about positive change in their workplaces.
