The Lead Organiser Development Program aims to build the skills of organisers who supervise other organising staff. It develops skills in planning, the promotion of professional development and systems of supervision and management.
The course aims to build effectiveness and accountability in organisers, assist in building cooperative governance in unions and promotes professional practise in representational work.
Please ensure relevant approval has been granted by your union in accordance with its rules and elected official and note the cost of this course is $512.50 (GST inclusive).
This course is delivered with the support of The Union Education Foundation (TUEF) and The Australian Government Productivity Education and Training (PET) Fund.
Part One: June 16, 17 and 18 (12:30 - 5pm AEST)
