This course aims to build the capacity of early-career organisers. It builds participants' knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve, support dispute resolution and to participate in bargaining and negotiation processes and build their confidence in working with delegates and employers.
Please ensure relevant approval has been granted by your union in accordance with its rules and elected official and note the cost of this course is $620.00 (GST inclusive).
