This course is designed for organisers with 2-3 year's experience. It develops participants' critical thinking capabilities and their skills and knowledge to lead systemic improvements in the workplace.
The course uses the Work, Health and Safety system and legislation providing for diversity and equity in the workplace as frameworks for identifying and affecting systemic workplace improvements.
This course has been adapted for online delivery. Each course is delivered in 4 hour blocks - between 1 and 5pm AEST, spread across eight days. The available streams are as follows:
Part One: November 10, 11 and 12
Part Two: November 17, 18 and 19
Part Three: November 24 and 25
Please ensure relevant approval has been granted by your union in accordance with its rules and elected official and note the cost of this course is $620.00 (GST inclusive).
