ACTU Seeks Two New OHS Officers

Two positions in the ACTU’s OHS Unit have become available. They are for an OHS Education and Development Officer and an OHS Project Officer.

ACTU OHS Education & Development Officer

The ACTU is seeking an Education Development Officer for a 12 month period, to establish a national ACTU OHS training program, including the development and delivery of accredited programs, short courses and other education and awareness activities. Experience in the area of occupational health and safety and training is essential. Applicants should also possess relevant vocational education and training qualifications.

ACTU OHS Project Officer

The ACTU is seeking a Project Officer to support and co-ordinate the ACTU’s occupational health and safety program in collaboration with officers and affiliates of the ACTU. The position will also support and co-ordinate the ACTU’s participation in the National Occupational Health and Safety Commission. Experience in the area of occupational health and safety is essential.
