Improving systems and processes:
Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, data quality, reporting, and how the system is used by internal teams.

Supporting users and stakeholders:

Working closely with staff across the organisation to resolve issues, provide guidance, and improve system adoption.

Maintaining data integrity and reporting:

Ensuring accurate, reliable data while supporting reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

Working with external partners:

Liaising with system vendors and support providers on escalations, enhancements, and technical solutions.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:
• Proven experience working with iMIS in an administrative or support capacity
• Confidence troubleshooting issues and managing system requests end-to-end
• Strong data handling skills, including data quality, imports, and updates
• Experience supporting reporting and working with business data
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and a practical, service-oriented approach
• Confidence working with both non-technical users and technical stakeholders

Highly regarded:
• Power BI or reporting/dashboarding experience
• SQL Server or broader data/query capability
• Experience in a membership, association, union or not-for-profit environment
• Experience improving processes, documentation, or user training
• Exposure to website, CMS, or system integrations

We offer:

• Hybrid working environment (Sydney CBD / Inner West)
• The opportunity to work in a supportive, purpose-driven organisation
• A role with genuine ownership and impact across the business
