Thrive in a collaborative and fast paced environment:

You’ll work alongside a supportive team, using creativity and initiative to navigate the fast-paced world of media, union campaigning and political advocacy. Gain valuable experience in industrial relations while contributing to meaningful change for ASMOF members.

Key responsibilities:

  • Draft media releases, statements and key messages to support advocacy and campaigns
  • Build relationships with journalists and identify media opportunities
  • Monitor media coverage and support timely, strategic responses
  • Create engaging written content across websites, emails, social media and traditional media
  • Support campaigns and initiatives that promote and protect doctors and the public health system
  • Collaborate effectively with the team while demonstrating strong independent work skills
