Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of tertiary education? The National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU) WA Division is looking for two passionate and skilled Union Organisers to join our team.  This is your chance to play a key role in advocating for university staff, resolving workplace issues, and driving capacity building initiatives within a dynamic, progressive organisation, where you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future working lives for academic and general staff in WA Universities.

These full-time, permanent roles are located at the Division office in Subiaco and may involve regular travel to all WA campuses.

  • Salary Range: Level 5/6 ($99,447 to $123,082) (plus an additional 17% employer superannuation).

Your Role:

As a Union Organiser, you’ll find yourself at the heart of our progressive organisation, dedicated to advocating for the rights and interests of workers in the tertiary education sector. You’ll be instrumental in providing support for the WA Division Branches and their Committees, engaging in developing organising, recruitment, and campaign activities, as well as maintaining and servicing vital networks of workplace reps and activists.
