The Victorian LHMU Childcare Union is a progressive union successfully organising childcare workers in a sometimes hostile workplace environment.
Our union is seeking several dynamic people committed to social justice who have a good understanding of the needs of childcare workers and are eager to work as Member Organisers.
Our preference is to find the Member Organisers from among the current workforce in this fast growing industry.
However if you have good organising skills, and believe you can get on top of the specific issues concerning people in the childcare industry, we really want to hear from you.
