The Future of Online Proceedings

Policies, Publications & Submissions - February 18, 2022

Introduction

The ACTU welcomes the opportunity to respond to the Commission’s discussion paper concerning the future of online proceedings.    The ACTU commends the Commission on its agility in responding to the pandemic through online hearing technology.   Our affiliated unions have participated in online Commission proceedings throughout the pandemic across the breadth of the Commission’s jurisdiction and are well placed to share their diverse experiences.   We have sought our affiliates’ views on the issues raised in the discussion paper and offer the comments in our submission.
